Thank you for shopping with us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Duration: We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the wine must be in the condition you received it, unopened and with the original seal intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wineandsense.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. All returns will be subject to a $25 re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on opened or tampered bottles of wine. Additionally, custom orders or personalized items are non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
