THE WINE
Small-batch Cabernet Sauvignon from The Vice, focused on a single Napa sub-AVA to spotlight perfume, precision and mineral drive. Parcel fermentations and minimalist handling aim to preserve varietal purity-violet lift, red-black fruit and gentle savory accents-within a sleek, contemporary frame. Measured oak elevage supports texture without overt imprint. Crafted for enthusiasts seeking Napa ripeness with Old-World poise, it balances energy and depth for early pleasure and short-to-midterm cellaring.
VARIETAL COMPOSITION

VINEYARD NOTES
Typically sourced from Los Carneros at Napa's southern edge, where bay influence tempers heat and extends hang time for aromatic development. Hand-harvested clusters are sorted, destemmed and fermented by lot; aging proceeds in French oak with a modest new-oak ratio. The cool, breezy microclimate yields Cabernet Franc of fine tannin and lift, marked by graphite-mineral tones and precise fruit.
TASTING NOTES
Dripping ripe blackberries and black plums combine with tobacco and leather for a robust and hearty Cabernet Sauvignon. Powdery fine while firm tannins fill the mouth balanced by a lengthy finish full of flavor.
