VINEYARD NOTES
The grapes for Pintas 2022 come from old vines (over 70 years old) planted in the Cima Corgo sub- region of the Douro Valley. The vineyards are situated on steep schist slopes, which provide excellent drainage and stress the vines, resulting in low yields of highly concentrated berries. The region's hot days and cool nights during the growing season enhance aromatic complexity and acidity. Sustainable viticulture practices are employed to preserve the health of the vines and the unique character of the terroir.
TASTING NOTES
The Pintas 2022 displays an intense ruby color with violet reflections.
