L’Amo is a bold expression of Mallorca’s rural landscape, crafted mainly from Picual olives blended with Arbequina and other native varieties. The 2024 harvest was extremely limited due to heat, drought, and reduced flowering, yet the fruit that reached maturity was exceptionally healthy and perfectly ripened.
Its greenish-golden color hints at the intensity within. On the nose, it is vibrant and expansive, releasing fresh aromas of wide-leaf herbs, artichoke, chicory, and wild pistachio, finished with a touch of mint. The palate is rich and voluminous, with pleasant bitter notes recalling Mediterranean vegetables, subtle spice, and refreshing hints of watercress and sage.
Rustic yet refined, L’Amo captures the essence of Mallorca’s countryside, offering a complementary character to the elegance of Aubocassa. Perfect drizzled over roasted vegetables, hearty stews, or artisan bread.
