The Dollarhide Ranch, located in the northeastern hills, spans over 1,500 acres, with elevations ranging from 600 to 1,100 feet. These diverse elevations and soil types allow for optimal grape maturity and expression, contributing to the wine's bold structure and vibrant fruit profile.
TASTING NOTES
This Cabernet Sauvignon presents aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry, layered with notes of espresso, graphite, and subtle oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and richly textured, offering ripe black fruit flavors, firm tannins, and balanced acidity. Hints of mocha and vanilla emerge on the long, elegant finish. It is a wine with aging potential and excellent depth.
