Aromas of whole-bunched crushed berries with a whiff of charred red meat. Succulent blackberry, cherry, and red currant fruit accentuated with savory herbs, peppercorn, and a hint of menthol. More about balance than sheer power. Meaty tannins with cleansing acidity on the back end.
