The first Albillo white from Ribera del Duero.
Very pale straw color, a result of its resistance to oxidative processes. Fruity aroma with hints of pineapple and grapefruit, characteristic and unique to the Albillo variety. Balanced on the palate, its full-bodied nature is complemented by a light acidity.
We handpick the grapes from our limited-production 12-hectare vineyard. At night, the grapes are cooled to 4ºC before being crushed and transferred to the vat for pre-press maceration. Fermentation, carried out at a maximum controlled temperature of 19ºC, followed by aging on the lees, imparts this wine with a powerful aromatic profile.
