Antidoto unveils itself as an exuberant and approachable red wine. On the nose, it delivers an enticing amalgamation of fruity and floral notes, complemented by a youthful zest that invigorates the senses. Upon tastings, it is smooth and velvety, endowed with a harmonious acidity that imparts vivacity and guarantees a delightful sip. Its tenure in oak barrels is understated, allowing the fruit to take center stage. This red wine possesses a delicate mineral undertone, luscious and alluring.

The winery was founded by Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando. Betrand Sourdais is one of the founders of Dominio de Atauta and has shaped his career in great wineries such as Alvaro Palacios and Chateau Mouton Rothschild in Burdeos.

A mixture of limestone, decomposed granite and clay. The majority of the blend is comprised of grapes grown on granite and clay sites with some limestone used to create structure and depth.
